Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Greet guests as they enter the restaurant, offer assistance, and provide a sincere invitation to return as guests leave.
- Process GC On the Go To-Go orders and handle payments accurately.
- Be friendly and courteous on the phone and know and follow position responsibilities as they relate to just-in-time delivery.
- Know what is on the buffet for the day and have a full knowledge of menu and prices.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness at the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas.
- Help ensure the buffet is set up properly and labels are correct. Clean all buffets and surrounding areas.
- Follow local health department laws and perform duty roster to ensure cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met.
- Inform the Manager when the money in the drawer needs to be taken to the safe to reduce the risk of robbery.
- Ensure drawer balances with daily paperwork.
