Job Summary

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless stay experience, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register guests, handle room assignments, and ensure accurate billing.
  • Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
  • Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive attitude in stressful situations.
  • Operate the front desk computer system, handle check-ins and check-outs, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with fellow associates and other departments to ensure seamless guest service and hotel operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
