As a BCBA at Opal Autism Centers, you'll be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, creating and modifying treatment plans, and ensuring the delivery of effective behavior intervention services. You'll work closely with our team to provide high-quality care to individuals with autism.
Key Responsibilities:- Clinical Service Delivery: Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours per week to ensure consistent client services.
- Supervision: Ensure that RBTs receive written feedback on RBT feedback forms during protocol modification sessions.
- Data Management and Reporting: Ensure accurate and complete session notes, documenting client progress and intervention specifics.
- Client and Family Engagement: Hold weekly or monthly meetings with parents/guardians to discuss progress, concerns, and adjustments to treatment plans.
- Operational Compliance: Fulfill pod assignments effectively, ensuring that all necessary resources are utilized efficiently within your assigned group.
