Administrative Finance Coordinator

The Administrative Finance Coordinator will be responsible for providing financial accountability and ensuring compliance with State and university guidelines. This includes managing monthly reconciliations, generating financial reports, and administering personnel and payroll activities.
The successful candidate will also assist department staff with personnel issues, maintain personnel files, and participate in the development of annual budgets. Additionally, they will train and guide departmental staff on the use of university forms and policies.
Responsibilities- Provide financial accountability and ensure compliance with State and university guidelines.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of directly job-related experience. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional discipline.
