Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate project schedules while managing team assignments.
  • Supervise roofing projects from inception to completion.
  • Obtain necessary permits and collaborate with municipal inspectors.
  • Review blueprints, survey data, photographs, client modifications, and bidding documents to clarify project scope.
  • Procure materials and organize crew schedules.
  • Support the roofing team with tools and materials as needed.
  • Handle logistical tasks related to roofing projects.
  • Maintain an orderly inventory of supplies.
  • Ensure job sites are tidy and free of debris.
  • Uphold quality and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the roofing sector is essential.
