  • Document and communicate project change orders to field and customer teams
  • Assist in the training and development of sales and field personnel to enhance company expertise
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on concrete and masonry restoration
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
  • Strong sales and project management skills, with the ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications
  • Thorough knowledge of the construction industry and ability to develop internal and external branch relationships
