Key Responsibilities & Duties
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Timely and precise preparation of compliant loan documentation.
  2. Manage suspense/tickler reporting for loan origination.
  3. Conduct CRA and HMDA file assessments as needed.
  4. Generate monthly loan reports upon request.
  5. Act as a backup for other roles and undertake additional tasks as assigned.
  6. Advance professional development through hands-on experience and ongoing education.
  7. Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
  8. Engage in examinations, audits, and third-party evaluations.
  9. Follow the Information Security Program and maintain a high level of risk and security awareness.
  10. Promote a positive image for Northwest Bank by being active in the community.
  11. Participate in assigned meetings.
  12. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Bank's offerings through active participation and training to deliver exceptional customer service while fostering relationships and exceeding expectations.
Supervisory Duties
This position does not involve supervisory responsibilities.

Education & Experience
A high school diploma or GED is required; one to three years of relevant experience is preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting general business publications, professional journals, technical guidelines, or governmental regulations. Capable of writing reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals. Able to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills
Ability to compute figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Proficient in applying basic algebra and geometry concepts.

Reasoning Skills
Ability to identify problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Capable of interpreting various instructions in written, mathematical, or diagram form and managing several abstract and concrete variables.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
A valid driver's license is required, with a willingness to travel to various branch locations as business needs arise.
