We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operator Blending/Loading to join our team at Safety-Kleen. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient loading, shipping, and blending of lube oil products.
Key Responsibilities- Loading and Shipping: Load finished products onto trucks, railcars, and other transportation vessels, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to customers.
- Blending and Mixing: Blend and mix lube oil products to meet customer specifications, using knowledge of chemical properties and blending ratios.
- Quality Control: Inspect shipping containers and products for quality and accuracy, identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies.
- Paperwork and Administration: Prepare and review all necessary paperwork, including shipping documents, invoices, and quality control reports.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the work of other Blending & Unloading Operators, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality results.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Experience: 2+ years of loading/unloading and chemical blending experience, with a strong background in lube oil products.
- Skillset: Forklift operation, basic computer knowledge, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, stoop, climb, and lift up to 50lbs.
