Position Overview:
The Controller's department is in search of a dynamic leader with extensive experience in accounting reconciliations. As the Accounting Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing essential accounting functions, which include, but are not limited to, bank reconciliations, accounts payable reconciliations, and accounts receivable reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the reconciliation team.
  • Ensure the timely completion of monthly reconciliations, including identifying discrepancies and following up on unresolved transactions.
  • Regularly review reconciliation processes and procedures to identify control gaps, enhance efficiencies, and minimize errors.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for automating manual processes.
  • Provide training and support to team members as necessary.
  • Utilize project management skills to drive results.
  • Engage in new development initiatives to support organizational goals.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree with sufficient accounting credits to qualify for the CPA exam is preferred.
  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong knowledge of reconciliations and excellent research abilities.
  • Familiarity with Cadency, Workday Financials, and project management experience is advantageous.
Compensation:
The annual salary range for this position is $113,000 to $185,000. This range serves as a general guideline, with multiple factors considered to determine the final compensation, including the scope of responsibilities, the candidate's experience, education, and market considerations.
