Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at MedImpact. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to pharmacies, physicians, health plan sponsors, and their members, beneficiaries, or employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and resolve phone inquiries related to benefit information, claims adjudication, eligibility verification, prior authorization, and other PBM processes.
  • Utilize multiple company database programs to research and resolve complex issues.
  • Educate external customers about MedImpact's roles and responsibilities.
  • Follow up with callers to ensure customer satisfaction and timely response to requests.
  • Represent MedImpact in a positive manner by adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school.
  • One to two years of call center customer service experience in a PBM or Healthcare preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office/Word, Excel, and Outlook.
