Assistant Store Manager

About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager at Claires, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in achieving retail store targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and profit through effective retail strategies
- Provide outstanding customer service to meet the needs of our diverse customer base
- Ensure store operations run smoothly, including merchandising and commercial activities
- Lead and develop the store team to enhance their skills and career growth
- Participate in ear piercing training to provide a unique customer experience

About You
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one year retail management experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, and mathematical skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to analyze sales reports
- Strong customer service skills and ability to problem-solve
- Ability to stand during scheduled shifts and lift up to 25 pounds regularly
- Ability to operate a POS system
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive compensation range: $12.95 - $14.80
Final compensation will be determined by various factors, including relevant work experience, education, and geographic location.
