Your Key Responsibilities:As an Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to run the store smoothly and provide top-tier customer service. You’ll:
  • Lead shifts by managing priorities and assigning tasks.
  • Create a welcoming store environment for customers.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
  • Oversee inventory management, including receiving and audits.
  • Work with vendors to ensure proper deliveries and follow receiving policies.
  • Maintain store schedules and ensure shifts are fully staffed.
  • Complete daily paperwork and address any discrepancies.
  • Ensure the store meets or exceeds company standards at all times.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local laws and company policies.

What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • Management experience in retail, food, or fuel industries.
  • Exceptional customer service, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate others.
  • Strong inventory management skills and ability to interpret sales data.

Other Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license and transportation required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including holidays and on-call shifts.
  • Flexibility to work opposite shifts from the General Manager.
  • Must be able to work at different store locations if needed.
  • Ability to pass background and drug tests.
