About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consulting Engineer to join our team at Cisco. As a Technical Consulting Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and expertise to our customers, helping them to secure their networks and protect against cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and expertise to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in cybersecurity, and apply this knowledge to improve our customers' security posture.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of technical documentation, including guides, whitepapers, and other resources.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical role, with a focus on cybersecurity and network security.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of network protocols, security technologies, and cloud computing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
