Job Title: Program Training Manager

Pine Street Inn is seeking a highly skilled Program Training Manager to support our Programs and Operations divisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing internal resources to enhance employee performance and delivery of our commitment to serve our guests and community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with department subject matter experts to create, develop, implement, and facilitate department-specific training and development programs for PSI employees.
  • Develop and deliver training tools and guides to help PSI staff understand our mission, policies, and procedures.
  • Work across multiple departments with learners at all levels, ensuring that training is accessible to all PSI staff.
  • Utilize a flexible approach and adapt to changing needs and feedback from staff over time.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of relevant training experience.
  • 3-5 years' experience administering, developing, and presenting employee-focused trainings for a medium to large-sized organization.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and re-establish priorities as needed.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs and experience developing web-based trainings.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of operations in a shelter and housing environment.
  • Exemplary customer service skills and ability to work independently with excellent time management skills.
  • Advanced training in human services work and previous experience working with a Housing First/Stabilization model.
  • Experience working with the homeless population and knowledge of local care-giving and advocacy resources.
