Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the Rooms Division team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular room inspections to ensure that all rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Monitor and control expenses, ensuring that the Rooms Division operates within budget.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of Rooms Division staff.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve the Rooms Division's performance.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field.
- One year of Housekeeping Management experience in a luxury setting preferred.
- Must be proficient in Windows, Company approved spreadsheets, and word processing.
