Advanced Practice Nurse

Position Overview: As an Advanced Practice Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional healthcare services while ensuring the highest levels of patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Your duties will encompass, but are not limited to:
- Establishing strong relationships with patients, store staff, and the healthcare community to foster practice growth and continuity of care.
- Upholding the core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety in all interactions.
- Delivering top-notch medical care while adhering to company productivity metrics.
- Engaging in and supporting company initiatives aimed at enhancing care quality, improving health outcomes, and managing patient health collaboratively.
- Participating in peer reviews, quality assurance, and team meetings with fellow healthcare professionals as necessary.
- Maintaining a safe and quality-driven healthcare environment.
- Ensuring clinic operations run smoothly during all scheduled hours.
- Collaborating with regional management to participate in community events that promote the clinic and increase patient engagement.
- Addressing feedback from customer experience surveys as directed by regional management.
- Managing clinic inventory and ordering supplies to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Conducting quality control on medical instruments and CLIA waived testing as required.
- Utilizing company information systems in compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.
- Supporting the mentorship program by serving as a resource and role model for peers.
- Staying updated with clinical best practices through ongoing education in retail, family practice, and primary care.
- Providing coverage for other clinics in the region as needed and assigned by management.
- Controlling clinic costs to align with budgeted profitability goals.
- Maintaining community presence through active involvement in local nursing organizations and outreach programs.
- Participating in additional operational duties as assigned by regional management.
- If assigned as a float, traveling to designated clinics within a specified area.
- Performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
