We are currently seeking a skilled Technician III to contribute to our operations. This role is essential in our Advanced Technology Cleaning Centers (ATCC), where you will be responsible for processing and purifying our clients' tool chamber components, ensuring they are free from micro-contamination. The position involves utilizing various machines, processes, and chemicals tailored to the specific requirements of different materials and coatings.

Safety is our utmost priority. As a Technician, you will be required to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality processes to ensure safe and effective parts cleaning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize both chemical and manual cleaning techniques to process parts.
  • Engage in various tasks including receiving, processing, inspecting, and packaging components.
  • Strictly follow all SOPs and company policies.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness in the assigned work area.
  • Participate in safety training and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and manage time effectively.
  • Continuously seek to enhance skills and learn new processes.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent is preferred; an AA degree in a technical field is a plus.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance practices and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and handle hazardous materials safely.

Environmental and Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Work in a cleanroom setting with exposure to various chemicals.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with team members.
