Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to join our team at Sherman Management Service LLC. As a Primary Care Provider, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, including diagnosing and treating illnesses, prescribing medications, and managing overall patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections
  • Prescribe medications and other treatments as needed
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies
  • Provide patient education and counseling on disease prevention and management
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing and certification as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Current state license as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a primary care setting
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and other healthcare technology
