At Axelon, we are seeking a highly skilled Medical Lab Technician to join our team. As a Medical Lab Technician, you will play a critical role in providing direct support to internal and external customers on our portfolio of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via various channels, analyze complaints, and provide troubleshooting solutions.
  • Implement and maintain the effectiveness of our Quality System, document complaints, and recognize trends in product issues.
  • Review service ticket documentation to identify potential reportable events and use Client ticket documentation procedures to make judgments.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a medically-related area, preferably in the sciences. Two or more years of experience working in a clinical laboratory and reviewing testing results is recommended.

Candidates should have previous experience in an FDA-regulated environment and possess the ability to assimilate complicated technical information, make independent decisions, and use problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve product issues.

Candidates must have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and in groups, and have an aptitude to use various types of databases and computer software.
