  • Property Maintenance and Cleaning:
    • Clean and maintain self-storage units to ensure they are clean and secure.
    • Perform daily walks around the property to ensure everything is working properly.
    • Contact vendors to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Process customer payments and deposits.
    • Manage customer accounts and records.
    • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
