We are looking for a management consultant capable of evaluating every facet of your client's operations and delivering a strategic plan to help them realize their organizational aspirations.

As a general management consultant within our team, you will construct a comprehensive overview of your client's current framework, daily activities, and results in a way that may reveal new opportunities for improvement.

Through discussions and workshops with stakeholders and analysts, you will pinpoint the elements that thrive in their environment and identify areas that require enhancement.

After gaining a deep understanding of the potential for organizational improvement, you will collaborate with leadership to outline a strategic path forward.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in conference planning while acquiring new consulting skills.

Experience in providing Helpdesk support
Knowledge in developing and maintaining databases for tracking and reporting conference-related information and costs
Ability to swiftly generate quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc conference reports while reviewing requirements for process enhancement
Strong communication skills for engaging with senior leadership, conference coordinators, and stakeholders, with meticulous attention to detail for reporting requirements and the ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload independently
Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting the U.S. Department of Justice
Background in government meeting planning
Experience in developing dashboards to monitor compliance with key conference and cost metrics, including Power BI
