Your Responsibilities:

Support revenue generation by focusing on established products through the marketing and promotion of Stryker Sage. This role will collaborate closely with the regional Sales team to cultivate organic growth, provide in-service support, and educate clinical teams within our existing customer network.
  • Enhance focus on targeted organic growth and improve operational margin performance for key legacy products.
  • Market Stryker Sage Products to healthcare professionals and hospital staff while delivering exceptional customer service and nurturing client relationships.
  • Inform and educate Healthcare Professionals on product usage, including functionality, portfolio updates, and training programs.
  • Achieve set objectives within a designated territory.
  • Complete extensive product training to customize promotional messages based on customer insights, advise on product selection, and address inquiries regarding product functionality while differentiating Sage's offerings from competitors.
  • Assist with hospital assessments and post-sale training to ensure customer satisfaction and adoption.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction through teamwork, problem-solving, integrity, and exceptional service.
  • Support the organization and execution of trade shows, conventions, and clinical events.
  • Regularly update Sales Leaders and Representatives on territory and project developments.
  • Resolve product-related issues for customers promptly.
  • Adhere to all facility protocols and OSHA guidelines during product evaluations.
  • Comply with all GMP policies and procedures as mandated by the FDA and relevant authorities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 0-2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong time management, project management, reporting, budgeting, and customer service skills.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
Physical Requirements:
  • May require lifting, setting up, and demonstrating products weighing up to 50 pounds, along with reaching, pushing, or pulling as necessary.
  • Involves prolonged periods of various physical activities such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing, and crawling.
  • Coordination of eye, hand, and foot movements with the ability to grasp and meet cognitive demands, including visual and auditory discrimination, reading, and memory retention.
  • May handle materials including durcot fabric, nylon fabric, Velcro, zippers, and product components made of rubber, metals, and coated materials.
Mental Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, particularly in stress, people, and conflict management.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independence in applying professional expertise.
  • Capable of written and oral communication, including presentations to large groups.
  • Proficient in managing time and completing tasks with minimal supervision.
