Job Title: Document Scanning Technician

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Document Scanning Technician to join our team at Environmental Intellect. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for transforming physical documents into digital files, ensuring accuracy and quality in every scan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Scanning: Sort, prep, and scan documents with precision, removing staples, paper clips, and other fasteners to ensure flawless scanning.
  • File Management: Organize and store digital files in their designated electronic locations, maintaining confidentiality and security.
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and maintain scanning equipment, adjusting settings to optimize document quality.
  • Quality Control: Review scanned documents for clarity, completeness, and accuracy, ensuring perfection.
  • Data Entry & Indexing: Enter metadata and categorize documents for easy access.
  • Communication: Collaborate with the team and supervisor to ensure seamless scanning tasks and address any process delays.

Requirements:
  • Pass a drug test and background check.
  • Obtain a TWIC card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential).
  • Ability to sit, stand, and operate scanning equipment for extended periods.
  • Reliable transportation to commute to the job site.
