Job Title: Document Scanning Technician

At Environmental Intellect, we're seeking a skilled Document Scanning Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you'll be responsible for transforming physical documents into digital files, ensuring our document management system runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Scanning: Sort, prep, and scan documents with precision, removing staples, paper clips, and other fasteners to ensure flawless scanning.
  • File Management: Organize and store digital files in their designated electronic homes, maintaining confidentiality and security.
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Maintain and troubleshoot scanning equipment, adjusting settings to optimize document quality.
  • Quality Control: Review scanned documents for clarity, completeness, and accuracy, ensuring perfection.
  • Data Entry & Indexing: Enter metadata and categorize documents for easy access.
  • Communication: Collaborate with the team and supervisor to ensure seamless scanning tasks and address any issues.
