Job Overview

Avenu Insights & Analytics is seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Document Processing Associate to join our team. As a Document Processing Associate, you will be responsible for scanning and processing historically significant books and records, as well as microfiche. This is a unique opportunity to work in a team environment and contribute to the preservation of important historical documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scanning and processing documents, including books, records, and microfiche
  • Inventory tracking and indexing of original documents
  • Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Scanning and digitizing experience is desirable
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take on new challenges
Work Environment

You will be working in our customer's County Building and must wear business casual clothes. Always conduct yourself in a professional manner as you are representing Avenu.

Physical Demands
  • Lift up to 30 pounds
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for most of the day
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
