Job Description

HPC-Industrial, a leading provider of environmental and industrial services, is seeking an experienced Explosives Supervisor to join their team in Pueblo West, CO. As an Explosives Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and proper execution of HPC-Industrial jobs, working closely with customers to resolve service issues, and developing sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Secure customer orders and develop sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Primary liaison between customer and HPC operations in resolving service issues
  • Monitor account activity to ensure defined customer key performance indicators (KPIs) are met
  • Cultivate quality relationships with customers to retain clients and win referrals
  • Develop and present sales and marketing plans for existing accounts
  • Coordinate and organize business reviews and planning meetings
  • Transport personnel and/or equipment, including explosives
  • Responsible for safety policies and procedures of both the company and the customer
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and comply with safety processes
Requirements:
  • Seven years industrial cleaning experience with 3-5 years project management experience
  • Proven ability to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot required equipment
  • Ability to research, plan, and follow-up leads to secure business
  • Proven well-developed teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Must be well-versed in technical writing and verbal communication
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships and handle conflict resolution
  • Has the ability to develop solutions to resolve account problems
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and organization skills
  • Must have the ability to prioritize to meet multiple deadlines
