Quality Assurance Manager

At Trane Technologies, we're dedicated to creating innovative climate solutions for a sustainable world. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you'll play a crucial role in inspiring our team to deliver exceptional quality in our Commercial Chillers.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, you'll be part of the plant's leadership staff, responsible for creating and executing the strategic plan for the plant. Your focus will be on providing an uplifting and best-in-class employee experience for the entire Pueblo team.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing the skills and leadership ability of the Quality Team.
- Developing and executing strategic plans for the plant to deliver superior performance in Braze Excellence, employee training, and internal and external quality.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of new products, processes, tools, and equipment.
- Creating the annual quality departmental budget and managing operational and capital spend.
- Implementing, auditing, and sustaining Trane Technologies' business Operating System/Global Quality Management System.
- Focusing management on key metrics and actions to track operational performance.
- Reporting on quality metrics from the plant perspective and analyzing key organizational quality metrics.
We're looking for a highly motivated individual with a Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field. You should have experience in applying lean tools, root cause analysis, and problem-solving, as well as 5 years of direct supervision experience. Experience with ISO9001 Quality Management System and lean implementation is a plus.
