We are seeking a talented and experienced Plasma Center Operations Manager to join our team at Samuel Contract Staffing. About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the plasma center's operations in the absence of the Director of Center Operations. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company-specific regulations, and work collaboratively with center leadership to develop action plans to maximize center efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Responsible for leading and managing all personnel functions, including hiring, assignment and direction of work, development and training, disciplinary actions and termination, and the maintenance of all personnel records.
  • Inventory Management: Determine the adequacy and adjust inventory levels of all goods and supplies necessary for the operation of the donor center.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Construct and submit timely and accurate reports on a daily/weekly/monthly or as required basis.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Science or Business Management preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience, including one (1) year experience in a supervisory position, preferably in a regulated industry.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
