Key Responsibilities

  • Coaching and Team Management: Motivate and coach your team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products offered and working with co-workers to provide excellent sales service.
  • Operational Excellence: Deliver sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations.
  • Leadership: Act as a partner between customers, sales associates, and store leadership.

Requirements

  • Leadership Ability: Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing sales setting.
  • Customer Engagement: Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
  • Results-Driven: Motivated to achieve great results due to enthusiasm from interacting with customers and athletic products.
  • Adaptability: Resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing retail environment.
  • Strong Cognitive Skills: Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis.
  • High Ethics: High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust.
