About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Experience Liaison to join our team at Atlantic Health System. As a Patient Experience Liaison, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients and families receive exceptional care and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greets and Assists Patients and Families: You will be the first point of contact for patients and families, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Liaises with Healthcare Teams: You will work closely with our healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Resolves Complaints and Concerns: You will be responsible for analyzing and resolving complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Improves Patient Experience: You will identify opportunities to improve the patient experience and implement changes to enhance our services.
  • Collaborates with Departments: You will work with various departments to minimize service delays and communicate effectively with patients and families.
  • Analyzes and Reports Data: You will collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide reports to inform decision-making.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent to be considered for this role.
  • Healthcare Experience: You should have experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a patient-facing role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Technical Skills: You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have basic computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer Service Experience: You should have experience providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: You should have knowledge of healthcare systems and processes, including HCAHPS and OAS.
  • Bilingual: You should be bilingual to effectively communicate with patients and families who speak multiple languages.
  • Experience with Epic: You should have experience working with Epic, a leading healthcare software system.
