Outreach Coordinator for Healthcare Services

- Referral Intake Management:
- Process new referrals, authorizations, and other relevant documents through designated channels.
- Distribute new referrals and authorizations to relevant team members and departments.
- Enter new clients and authorization information into the system with accuracy and timeliness.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with Community Care Units (CCU's) and attend provider meetings.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts by tracking marketing campaigns and referral sources.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPI's) related to marketing and referral intake activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to assess data and identify trends to improve marketing strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of all referral and marketing activities, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Update and manage databases to reflect real-time information on referrals, authorizations, and marketing outcomes.
- Prepare reports on referral and marketing metrics, providing insights to support decision-making.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in referral intake, marketing, customer service, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with referral sources and CCU's.
- Proficient in data entry, database management, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Analytical skills with experience in tracking and interpreting marketing metrics.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing tracking software is a plus.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $62,500 - $72,500. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
