Key Responsibilities
  • Referral Intake Management:
  1. Process new referrals, authorizations, and other relevant documents through designated channels.
  2. Distribute new referrals and authorizations to relevant team members and departments.
  3. Enter new clients and authorization information into the system with accuracy and timeliness.
  4. Facilitate communication and collaboration with Community Care Units (CCU's) and attend provider meetings.
Marketing Tracking and Analysis:
  1. Evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts by tracking marketing campaigns and referral sources.
  2. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPI's) related to marketing and referral intake activities.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to assess data and identify trends to improve marketing strategies.
Data Entry and Record Management:
  1. Maintain detailed records of all referral and marketing activities, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  2. Update and manage databases to reflect real-time information on referrals, authorizations, and marketing outcomes.
  3. Prepare reports on referral and marketing metrics, providing insights to support decision-making.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in referral intake, marketing, customer service, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with referral sources and CCU's.
    • Proficient in data entry, database management, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Analytical skills with experience in tracking and interpreting marketing metrics.
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Familiarity with CRM or marketing tracking software is a plus.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $62,500 - $72,500. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
