Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, avionics, and materials, to ensure seamless execution of maintenance projects.
  • Monitor and control costs, expenses, and other resources to ensure financial performance and meet department goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in aviation maintenance or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of aviation experience, including 3 years of in-service maintenance experience on large or mid-size cabin aircraft.
  • 5 years of supervisory experience and 2 years of project management experience.
  • A&P certificate and additional 4 years of related aircraft experience may offset the Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
