About the Role

Nosco, Inc. is seeking a skilled Ink Technician to join our team on second shift at our facility. As an employee owner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our production area by ordering, mixing, staging, and maintaining inventory of value stream inks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Production Materials: Ensure that production materials are stored and organized at the Assets to achieve the highest level of effectiveness.
  • Support Production Area: Provide support with assigned tasks and perform tasks unsupervised to increase overall productivity.
  • Continuously Improve: Complete ancillary equipment training and further knowledge base through initiative and good constructive behavior.
  • Effective Communication: Participate in good communication with shift production lead, follow direction for task assignments, and remain attentive to changing requirements in a highly productive environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience with basic cGMP and documentation in a manufacturing environment, preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work on any shift and overtime when needed, sometimes on short notice.
  • Attendance and Behavior: Commit to good attendance and function with good, team-building behavior while operating within Nosco's policies and procedures.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, work at a computer for extended periods, and have manual dexterity for computer work.
