About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ink Technician to join our team at Nosco, a 100% employee-owned company with over 115 years of experience in the industry. As an Ink Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective manufacturing support of our production area by ordering, mixing, staging, and keeping inventory of value stream inks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain production materials at the Assets to achieve the highest level of effectiveness.
  • Provide support with assigned tasks and perform tasks unsupervised to increase overall productivity.
  • Complete ancillary equipment training and further knowledge base through initiative and good constructive behavior.
  • Participate in good communication with shift production lead and follow direction for task assignments.
Requirements
  • Experience with basic cGMP and documentation in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Flexibility to work on any shift and overtime when needed, sometimes on short notice.
  • Commit to good attendance and function with good, team-building behavior while operating within Nosco's policies and procedures.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
