### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business IT Analyst to join our team at The Hartford. As a Business IT Analyst, you will play a critical role in enabling strategic data connections with external Group Benefits customers, working closely with our technology platform partners and business stakeholders.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide consultative and technical support for Application Program Interface (API) connections to support The Hartford's Digital Online Evidence of Insurability services
* Build strong relationships with external clients, technology platform partners, and internal stakeholders
* Collaborate with internal and external technology partners to troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner
* Identify and lead process improvement initiatives related to the digital online EOI experience
* Manage and lead security certificate updates with internal and external partners

### Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience with Web Service Application Program Interfaces (APIs)
* 3+ years of experience with Group Benefit Products
* Familiarity with group enrollment processes, including evidence of insurability
* Familiarity or prior experience with HR Tech platforms
* Project management experience, familiar with AGILE methodology
* Ability to maintain and prioritize a complex workload
* Experience with analyzing and resolving technical issues
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Workday HCM Pro Certified preferred
* 3+ years of experience with integration technologies (Web Services, XML, XSLT, SOAPUI, Postman, Java, Javascript, JSON, WSDL, JBOSS, Datapower, Siteminder, Cloud Connect)
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT Analyst experience
