Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Develop and maintain business requirements documents and use cases
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements
  • Provide business analysis and consulting services to clients
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of business processes and systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
  • At least 7 years' experience in information technology
  • Experience with modeling business processes, data flows, and workflow processes
  • Experience and familiarity with P&C insurance domain
  • Working knowledge of Business Analysis Standards (i.e. IIBA best practices)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in New Business and Claims as a business analyst
  • Experience in one or more of the following skills in P&C / Life Insurance domain - Scrum/Agile experience in a SBA / TBA role or similar on an Agile Team environment
