About the Role

Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by analyzing business needs and developing solutions to drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements and develop solutions to drive growth and innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our solutions are cutting-edge
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in business data analysis or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in insurance
  • Hands-on experience with ESG data collection and reporting
  • Strong understanding of ESG regulatory mandates in the US and Europe
  • Knowledge of 3rd party ESG data sources and integration into investment portfolios
  • Deep understanding of sustainability frameworks, including TCFD, SASB, UNPRI, GRI, and CDP
