Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Leader to join our Innovative Medicines team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for late-stage clinical products and progressing internal and external assets to build a robust portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with the Innovative Medicines' Chief Commercial Officer and other cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expand our market presence.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and build a strategic marketing function for Innovative Medicines at Fosun Pharma USA Inc.
  • Develop and execute portfolio planning aligned to company strategy
  • Partner with R&D and other strategic counterparts to design and lead product development programs from a commercial perspective
  • Work with cross-functional partners to develop integrated launch plans
  • Shape brand strategy and lead execution aligned to business strategy
  • Establish Fosun Pharma USA Inc.'s reputation in the US market and set the stage for future product launches
  • Provide expert input to the global strategy from the US market perspective
  • Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products and processes
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent marketing experience is required. An MBA is a strong plus.
  • 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including advancing both pipeline and inline brands. Experience must include leading a product launch in oncology.
  • 5+ years of oncology marketing experience
  • Other commercial experience in sales and access is desirable
  • Team leadership is a must, and possessing the ability to contribute and create as an individual.
  • Demonstrated experience in refining and executing the overall brand strategy, leading all aspects of tactical execution, and leading complex cross-functional teams to accomplish brand objectives
  • Experience launching/marketing a brand using omnichannel as a significant part of promotion
  • Understanding of marketing technology and how to use it to effectively market a product
  • Proven experience leading the creation, development, and implementation of marketing strategies and plans, key messages, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and accelerate profitable revenue growth while collaborating with the field force
