About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team at Crothall Healthcare. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the support services operational needs of the department. You will coordinate the tasks of frontline associates and serve as a liaison between administration and unit departments.

Job Responsibilities
  • Establish and Review Standards: Develop and annually review standards and work procedures for all staff members.
  • Staff Scheduling and Coordination: Plan work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services are rendered.
  • Hiring and Training: Assist in the hiring process, interview, hire, and train new associates.
  • Staff Development and Supervision: Orient, develop, and supervise all supervisory/housekeeping staff.
  • Quality Control and Reporting: Conduct regular inspections and make recommendations to the facility, and conduct monthly reporting of goals, accomplishments, and future plans.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience and Education: 4 years of support services experience, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a related field.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations, and ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
  • Candidates Must Be Able to Perform Essential Functions: With or without a reasonable accommodation, candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily.
