Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Partnerships Specialist to join our team in [Location]. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial partnerships with our partners, ensuring compliance with IRC policies and procedures, and providing training and support to improve financial management systems and capacities. Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Professional fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
• At least 5 years of experience working in development or humanitarian intervention, with experience living and working in developing countries and countries in transition
• Knowledge of ERP-based systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Ability to work and manage a team, with a commitment to staff training and development
• Good knowledge of English and Arabic (good writing and oral communication skills)
• Act with integrity while conducting business in the name of IRC and in strict adherence with the IRC Way
