About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Founding Account Executive to join our team at Pump. As a key player in our company's growth, you'll be responsible for building relationships with our customers and explaining how our tech solutions can make a real difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our tech, design, and leadership teams to create solutions that meet our customers' needs.
  • Chat with potential customers, understand their business challenges, and explain how Pump can make their lives easier and save them money.
  • Showcase the value of our tech solutions to both tech experts and non-experts.
  • Understand our product roadmap and ensure our solutions align with our clients' needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and serve as a bridge between customers and our teams.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record as an Account Executive, with previous experience at a seed to series A startup a plus.
  • Clear communication skills, including the ability to speak and write effectively.
