Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with executive management to identify and address HR-related issues and opportunities.
  • Manage and supervise HR staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure their success.
  • Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and executives on HR-related matters.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure Hardware Hawaii remains compliant and competitive.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive managerial experience in HR.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
