Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Full-Time Hospice Aide/CNA to join our team in providing high-quality patient care and support services in the Lexington and Columbia area. As a hospice caregiver, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized care that meets the unique needs and preferences of each patient.

Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and activities of daily living assistance as needed, under the supervision of skilled nursing staff.
- Apply safety principles and proper body mechanics to ensure the safe transfer and positioning of patients.
- Prepare and provide adequate nutrition and fluid intake, adhering to medically prescribed diets.
- Observe and report changes in patient condition or expectations of service promptly to skilled nursing staff via phone and document communication in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- Documented completion of a state recognized Certified Nursing Assistant course.
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant certification as required by the state.
- Valid driver's license and company required auto-liability insurance.
