We are a reputable home care service dedicated to providing exceptional support to children in need. Our team of skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and caregivers work tirelessly to ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of our young clients.

Job Summary

We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and experienced CNAs and caregivers to join our team as PRN (as-needed) providers. As a CNA or caregiver with About You In Home Care, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily activities and overall well-being of our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Care: Assist children with essential daily living activities such as personal hygiene, feeding, grooming, and mobility to ensure their comfort and safety.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support, comfort, and companionship to foster a nurturing and supportive environment for the children in your care.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including doctors, nurses, and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care tailored to each child's unique needs.
  • Observation and Reporting: Diligently monitor the health, behavior, and progress of the children, and promptly report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team for timely intervention.
  • Safety and Well-being: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment by adhering to all safety protocols, guidelines, and best practices to ensure the highest standard of care.
Requirements and Skills

To excel in this rewarding role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Education: High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Certification: State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification is preferred, with current CPR certification being essential.
  • Skills: Basic computer literacy is necessary for record-keeping and communication. Strong independent thinking and problem-solving abilities are also crucial.
  • Communication: Excellent oral communication skills are required to interact effectively with healthcare professionals, clients, and their families.
  • Composure: The ability to remain calm, composed, and professional in high-pressure, fast-paced situations is critical for success in this role.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $13-$15, with various day and night shifts available to suit your schedule. Additionally, caregivers who work a minimum of 35 hours per week and complete 90 days of employment are eligible for health insurance benefits.
