About the Role

Vinfen is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate PACT Resource Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with individuals with serious mental illness, providing rehabilitation and support services to promote their recovery and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in comprehensive assessments and treatment planning for individuals with serious mental illness.
  • Provide rehabilitation and support services, including education, employment, and social development.
  • Collaborate with community agencies and families to ensure coordination and continuity of care.
  • Participate in daily organizational meetings and individual treatment team meetings.
  • Provide on-call crisis intervention and support services.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, or a related field.
  • Two to three years of experience working with adults with serious mental illness.
  • Strong commitment to the recovery and well-being of individuals with serious mental illness.
  • Ability to establish trusting relationships with individuals and families.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
