Human Resources Manager

This role oversees human resources functions across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and separations. The Sr. Human Resources Specialist will ensure data integrity, interpret HR policies, and provide metrics to support effective management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform a range of functions associated with recruitment, onboarding, and separations in accordance with Company policies.
• Ensure the integrity of employee data, including regular audits and documentation of quality control measures.
• Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
• Assist employees with inquiries regarding duties, responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Human Resources work experience required.
• Knowledge of HR principles and procedures, including EEO, FMLA, ADA, and FLSA.
• Strong analytical skills and intermediate knowledge of Excel required.

Our compensation package includes annual salary, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
