Job Summary:

Spry Squared Inc is seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert II in Human Capital Management and Compensation Management to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert-level guidance and support in the areas of human capital management and compensation management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement analytics to support cyber workforce statutory and policy reporting, integrating with existing reporting requirements.
  • Conduct ongoing studies and analysis of cyber compensation trends in the private and public sectors, drawing on expertise in commercial labor market surveys and Departmental workforce data to assess the potential effects on Departmental workforce recruitment and retention in key cyber mission areas.
  • Support analytic capabilities for tracking Cyber personnel and positions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level subject matter expertise for work described above.
  • Provide advanced technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environment, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, training, and implementation advice on complex problems requiring exceptional knowledge of the subject matter.
  • Apply principles, methods, and knowledge of specific functional areas of expertise to specific task order requirements.
  • Provide advice on esoteric problems requiring extensive knowledge of the subject matter.
  • Design and prepare technical reports, studies, and related documentation, make charts and graphs to record results, prepare and deliver presentations, training, and briefings.
  • Recognized for strong expertise in industry issues and trends.
  • Utilize functional area expertise, gained through direct industry experience, to assess the operational and functional baseline of an organization and its organizational components.
  • Work with senior managers and executives to provide industry vision and strategic direction regarding their enterprise.
  • Guide the determination of inadequacies and/or deficiencies that affect the functional areas ability to support/meet organizational goals.
  • Generate functional area strategies for enhanced operations in a cross-functional area throughout the organization.
  • Participate in account strategy sessions, strategic assessments, and design reviews to validate enterprise approach and associated work products.
  • Perform research and apply expertise and knowledge to technical projects, finding innovative, cost-effective means to improve techniques, procedures, and/or products and technologies.
  • Provide research, engineering, technical, and managerial direction for problem definition, analysis, requirement development, and implementation for complex systems in the engineering discipline.
  • Responsibilities include developing, conducting, and evaluating new approaches to meet technical requirements faster and more efficiently.
  • Makes recommendations and advises on research development, improvements, optimization, or support efforts.
  • Perform risk assessments and innovative use of new research concepts or improved techniques and procedures.
  • Develops and implements new research objectives, establishes project priorities, defines methods of approach, and executes research studies.
  • Provides scientific conclusions and interpretations.
  • Responsible for innovative use of scientific research concepts, principles, and practices and contributes to advanced methods and techniques in field of study.
  • Has expertise and outstanding knowledge and competence in one or more specific technical focus areas.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • MUST HAVE A CLEARANCE OF SECRET or higher
  • MS Degree in related field and 12 years relevant experience in Human Capital Management and Compensation Management. Two (2) years relevant experience may be substituted for Masters Degree if Bachelors Degree obtained.

Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 annually Depending on Experience
