Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert II to join our team at Spry Squared. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating policy and oversight actions across the Department of Defense and with external agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for the DCIO (IE) in matters related to policy and oversight coordination.
  • Policy Development: Coordinate and oversee policy development, implementation, and compliance activities within the DCIO (IE)'s office.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency of policies and procedures.
  • Information Management: Manage the flow of information, including reviewing and preparing official correspondence, briefings, and reports.
  • Liaison: Serve as a liaison between the Deputy CIO's office and external agencies, facilitating communication and coordination on policy matters.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to support policy decision-making and identify best practices.
  • Policy Monitoring: Monitor and track policy-related activities, including Congressional inquiries and OIG/GAO requests.
  • Support to Senior Leadership: Assist in the preparation of materials for senior leadership meetings and presentations.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and directives related to policy and oversight functions.
Qualifications
  • Education: MS Degree in a related field and 12 years of relevant experience in Operations Management. Two (2) years of relevant experience may be substituted for a Master's Degree if a Bachelor's Degree is obtained.
Clearance Requirements

MUST HAVE A CLEARANCE OF TOP SECRET with SCI or higher.

$110,000 - $152,000 annually Depending on Experience
