Key Responsibilities:

Within the First 3 Months:

  • Support the implementation and evaluation of market entry strategies, advertising campaigns, and content initiatives.
  • Execute effective digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including paid search, social media, influencer partnerships, programmatic advertising, and email marketing.
  • Contribute to the development of business updates, agency briefs, campaign schedules, and strategic documents.
  • Assist in crafting internal and external presentations.
  • Manage product sample requests and distributions.

Within the First 6 Months:

  • Deliver clear and concise performance summaries and benchmarks to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified narrative from a comprehensive perspective.
  • Participate in the formulation of objectives, strategies, and market share targets to enhance brand growth.
  • Work alongside PR and Social teams to devise support strategies for significant moments.
  • Identify and propose enhancements to streamline existing processes and workflows.

The target compensation range for this position is $26.99 to $29.99 per hour. Compensation is determined by various factors including education, relevant experience, certifications, and location.
