About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team at Adjust. As a key member of our Business Development Department, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients and ensuring their success through the utilization of our suite of tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive retention and growth among our most valuable customers by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Enable successful roll-out of Adjust to customer employees and ensure seamless adoption.
  • Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers about their adoption trends, sentiment, and identifying opportunities for deeper engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to act as Adjust advocates and promote our platform.
  • Work with customers on contract renewals and expansion opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to inform our product roadmap and drive innovation.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Sales roles, with a strong background in mobile user acquisition.
  • Ability to find growth opportunities within accounts by adding value and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with customers.
  • Proactive personality with a strong interest in understanding the marketing and software setup of clients to provide expert advice.

Adjust provides a competitive total compensation package with a pay-for-performance rewards approach. Total compensation at Adjust is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
